Jackson Zane

Junior at Stanford University pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science. I'm interested in virtual reality and the military defense industry, especially where the two intersect. I care about solving real-world problems—things that demand practical solutions.

My focus is on building tools and systems that serve a clear purpose, whether in national security, bioinformatics, or emerging tech. I’ve explored this through hands-on experimentation, personal projects, and early research into DNA methylation patterns in breast cancer patients during a Texas State University summer program. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy weight training, Rugby, and Muay Thai.
